I’ve had the Navy Federal CashReward Card (NOT the Secured card) for a year and 2 months and i’ve been unsuccessful in getting a credit limit increase.
I’ve looked at this page well before I got that card and am well aware of the way to ask for a CLI (the 91/3 Rule). The most i’ve used of my credit line was 65% and it was fully paid that month.
My credit score is around 700 with one collection account from 5 years ago.
I pay all my credit cards in full (98% of the time, mistakes happen but I am never late) to give an example i’ve only paid $9 YTD interest on the CashRewards card.
I am also aware of how NFCU internal credit scoring system works, I get all my checks deposited into NFCU and I keep a healthy amount in my savings as well. I have cards with credit lines of $15k, $12k, $5k and a couple with $2.5k but this is my lowest credit line of any of my credit cards.
Just wondering if i’m doing anything wrong?
Any feedback is appreciated!
Thank you!
