Looking for fanfic that was deleted from fanfiction.net that I don’t know the exact link of

It’s a Rwby fanfic called “the earth experience” it’s technically still on a site called fanfiction.ws, but every time I try to use that site it redirects to scam websites.

I prefer my fix-it fics to have some semblance of the original canon before the fix. I want to see to efforts of the main character cause the fix, I don’t want it to magically be better in the first chapter before the main character has even done anything

In most halo fics the forerunners(story-wise are treated as precursors even if they aren’t the actual precursors) are ignored\glossed over beyond what is shown directly in the present. In most stargate fics the ancients are ignored outside of how the main cast would interact with their technology

Just because you are a fan of something doesn’t make it a “fandom”, if it’s just a description of what the fic is about then it should probably have it as a tag

Kingdom builder\city builder\base builder\civilization builder that is based off of the time period of antiquity

I’m tired of all the fantasy builder stories I find being generic medieval Europe, so does anybody have stories that f those genres that are based off civilizations like Babylon, Rome, Greece, Mesopotamia, and other such civilizations from antiquity

[hated trope] happy ending is invalidated\retconned by later canon material

  1. In chronological order trigger marl and chrono get married, but in the ps1 and later versions they added a post-credits scene that explains that at-most only a decade after the game ends the entire kingdom of guardia falls

Sometimes it feels like they named the province Elsweyr just so they could make a “it’s Elsweyr not elsewhere” type joke

I can just imagine that morrowind fans rioted when Skyrim launched and they learned that everything the loved from morrowind was destroyed by the red mountain erupting

Earlier today I found and elder scrolls\Star Wars crossover fic where the main character was a mage, the author openly admits by using a R.O.B as a mouthpiece that he nerfed the elder scrolls magic by excluding anything that has to do with oblivion. As you can guess I did not appreciate that.

I’m pretty sure that most elder scrolls fans don’t even know that the first 2 games exist

It’s pretty hilarious if you think of the perspective of npcs when you use console commands, imagine a random argonian just sees you randomly summon 5000 sweet rolls

The ancient people of Tamriel sure loved storing coins that wouldn't be minted until thousands of years into the future in their tombs\crypts

People sure love giving Aldo in emotional complexity that by the sheer nature of his core personality he can’t have, in no way is an elder scrolls dragon going to have depression or get therapy from the last Dragonborn.

I’m trying to read elder scrolls\Star Wars crossovers and this giant fic clogs up the search results. The is ordered into 3 series of 20 fics each, the vast majority are one-shots with an inter-connected story, and there’s the occasional fic with 3 chapters.

I can’t even block the fic because it was orphaned

This is mostly aimed at the elder scrolls fandom and how their obsession with Skyrim makes them blind to the overarching lore of the franchise that isn’t mentioned in Skyrim outside of a couple minor bits of easily missed dialogue

A lot of people forget that the world of the elder scrolls franchise is called nirn. the name nirn technically appears in the Skyrim intro, but it’s just a single line of dialogue(you are the salt apon nirn)

It can be pretty annoying searching specific things such as alt-power au’s if a fandom in canon already has a completely different thing sharing the same name
