Breaded anchovies
This was yummy and was cooked to perfection using the Ninja Crispi. If you don't like anchovies, I'm sure this could work with other fish but cooking time might differ.
Anyway, here's how I did it:
Clean and open the anchovies. Pat dry. Cover in olive oil, season with salt, then cover with breadcrumbs. I then arranged the anchovies in a baking paper so it's easier to move them. I airfried it for around 7-8mins in the large container or you can check when the bread is golden brown.
Note: Make sure the bread is sticking to the olive oil otherwise theyd be flying around. I've experienced flying breadcrumbs when I cooked breaded scallops 😆😅
