Is this diagram right for 1971 Leyland 850 mini?!

At the moment, my mini has no 1 and no 2 plugs swapped;;; that’s how it was when I bought off..
Is this diagram right? Or what I have is right?!? 🫣🫣🫣

I have no idea why my 1971 Leyland mini after changing a new battery, spark plugs and spark leads, it keeps spitting popcorns🤣🤣 and seems like well under powered;;

Do you have any ideas?!? Went through carbs, distributor, air filter… and so on. Everything seems norma land working fine. Anyone had similar problems?!? (After second gear when it went up to 30-35km, it starts shoot popcorns. Very annoying;;;)
