I previously worked at Walmart in OGP a couple years back and recently I’ve worked at target so I’m not new to picking orders but this is a new Walmart location and my pick rate is not where I want it to be. I know I’m not getting paid enough to want a fast pick rate but I’m very competitive with myself lol. I struggle with bagging stuff so I think maybe that’s contributing to my slower pick rate. Idk, what helps y’all get a decent pick rate? Give me tips plz. Thanks.
