This was probably one of my strongest builds (and glitchiest)
So, I hadn't done actual builds before this. I was would get generalized perks and roll with it. I started watching fo4 youtubers and realized how overpowered some perks were. So, I did a melee build. I started off by getting a bladed tire iron. Pretty op in the beginning. I had idiot's savant and low int, so i started leveling like crazy. I had read up on the perks that directly (and indirectly) enhance melee. I got the blitz perk. It's crazy, letting you literally teleport with vats at higher levels. Then i did a dungeon. I got Kremvh's tooth. It's base isn't too high of damage but it had poison bonuses so i used it. From the amount of melee based perks i took, i got it to a base of 300+...it was so overpowered that I one-shotted Swann before he could even stand up. Thing was, the blitz gets crazy glitched out at higher levels. I'm talking teleporting into ceilings to take out turrets, a-posing as I explode suiciders, and at some points just blatantly disappearing as things died. This meant I was leveling like crazy by just one shotting everything. It caused me to have to raise my difficulty level multiple times, which made legendary supermutants take two shots, but even then it was crazy. I even at one point took out a legendary deathclaw with ease. Best part was this was all vanilla, no mods attached whatsoever. I definitely recommend this glitched out build, it's so silly and fun and entirely unserious when you hear raiders bad mouth you seconds before being launched into the stratosphere.
