So I m trying to go through the orientation course with phsa but videos will not work .... did it happen to you as well ?

Did you do your orientation courses and other required courses before your Neo started?

I am trying to set up the learning hub so I can do the orientation course. I have not started working ( official hiring date is beginning of June) .

What am I supposed to write under Department ?

And under facility do I just put the town of where the station is?

I am so overwhelmed with all the forms I need to fill up lol 😆
