why are biney and doakes are stalking kyle and trinity in the corner here?

why didn’t biney & doakes take a picture with them?

is that what biney is called “rudy” because he’s rude?

S2 question about doakes & the ITK

what connection did doakes think dexter had with brian since he said to dexter that he knows he’s connected to the ice truck killer

did he think dexter was brian’s accomplice or assisting him like there’s no way he would’ve found out they were brothers

i know he listened to the shipping yard massacre tapes but i still don’t know what he thought honestly. doakes is a very smart man, and i think he can put two and two together that laura is brian’s mother and that she’s talking to dexters dad so it brings a connection to both brian and dexter

can anyone help me out? i rewatched S1 & 2 about 2-3 weeks ago and i still have this question on my mind what do you think? i might delete the post after i get some answers i just want to talk to some real people about this and not google which has been nothing but AI slop lately

some of the rare times dexter killed an innocent? i’ll start

they both loved their family, their lady and protective of their sibling and both have occupations that help save lives and bring joy to the world (biney a doctor and arthur a deacon)

dexter how could you be so evil? 💔

is dumbra an evil racist? she killed a hardworking cuban immigrant instead of the white male serial killer

does she work for I.C.E?

genuine question about s3

rewatching s3 rn

is s3 the season where he kills outside the code the most in one season? he killed 3 people who aren’t killers

oscar prado (miguel’s brother)
nathan (guy stalking astor)
camilla figgs

though nathan isn’t a killer he still deserved it for being a you know what

or did he kill more in other seasons? but i feel after season 3 he only killed like one person who didn’t fit the code each season but this season i noticed he killed 3 which is a lot

rewatched s2 and i’m on the finale

my two problems

lila kidnaps astor and cody and tries to burn them alive but they never show rita’s feelings about it going in S3. rita is the type of mother to be worried for those kids, but they seem to just ignore that. also they make astor and cody forget all about it. honestly this was such a pointless plot it felt so forced

dexter then goes to paris where lila goes to escape miami and dexter kills her? idk how he would know her exact location or how he would dispose her body. honestly lila should have survived and revisited in another season where dexter can kill her properly instead of a rushed exit. i understand they had to kill lila off because it’s satisfying because we’re supposed to hate her and root for dexter to get rid of her but i wish her exit didn’t feel so rushed.

but mainly like WHY RITA JUST FORGET HER KIDS WAS ALMOST KILLED??? her character seems to always be worried about her kids but she didn’t seem that worried here… weird and going in s3 it just like doesn’t get brought up. too out of character for rita so i just think they should’ve never included the astor and cody kidnap thing.

anyways… season 2 is a really good season though i prefer season 1 & 4 it’s still good this is just my only problems i had with it. anyone else like it was just a rush to get rid of lila?

anyone else wish doakes found out? (S2 spoiler)

rewatching season 2 E7 doakes tries to look through dexters past

i wish doakes found out about brian, laura moser and harry’s involvement in laura’s death

he went to listen to the tapes and requested to camila to look through the files but it didn’t go anywhere after that

imagine how interesting it would’ve been since doakes been saying for a while that he knows he’s connected to the ice truck killer. i wish he found out since he always was suspicious or dexter told him idk but kinda sucks he didn’t learn about it. i think it would’ve added more to the already amazing dynamic the two had but what do you think?

i think it would’ve been a good lead up to the event where doakes catches dexter disposing a body especially since it was his mothers killer in the bags. it wouldn’t have changed much i just think it would’ve been interesting especially since doakes like i said kept bringing up dexter’s involvement with the ice truck killer.

is it bad to feel sad for his death? (SPOILER S1)

i was rewatching. i just finished born free like 20 minutes ago and brian’s death almost made me cry everytime i watch it.

putting him being a killer aside i know he deserved it i mean he would’ve killed more people and debra but like his backstory how he shares his trauma with dexter is what makes the death very sad to me.

the way brian dropped a tear from his eyes, how dexter was crying in the corner. the fact that they’re brothers also adds up to how sad it is and that if their mother wasn’t murdered they would have not been in this situation. the way dexter was feeling about having to kill him broke my heart. “you know this isn’t easy for me” and “i know that”

i think it’s weird to feel sad for a villains death but here i am. it’s so strange. does anyone feel that way? its just really good writing and storytelling.
