Tried to file a form to start an RMD on a 401k rollover IRA and presented the form to an agent at a CS office and was told the form was not correctly filled out. Was not given any assist on getting the supposed error corrected. When I pointed out that they were mistaken then they doubled down and rather cause a scene I left the office.
Is this incompetence or lack of training or just a runaround?
UPDATE: Got on the phone with a person at another office who decided that the form was filled out correctly and the person I originally spoke with was in error. I got a follow up call from a senior advisor at the office in question to apologize for the incident. Form has been filed and all is well.
Here's my issue - running on MacOS and cannot find a way to add the Z1 to my network. I can see the Z1 and connect to it as an access point with the controller and can give manual commands to move the spindle. There does not seem to be a way to connect the Z1 to my network and there is no way to load any NC files from my computer.
I keep seeing references to Makera Studio but can only find a Windows version.
What am I missing?
UPDATE: Was able to load the .NC files to the memory card in the machine and run the job. Made the file in Maker CAM saving the files to the card then running the controller app to do the cut. First one was easy and is a modified bulkhead for a high power model rocket. Very impressed that the machine cut fully through the material and did not mark the spoil board.
Let's see how long the rest of the process takes to it to my house.
Due in Los Angeles the first week in June. No idea of the time frame after that. My thought is the units might be delivered near the end of June.
