2008 ford escape 3.0 v6. Ok so never been a transmission man so my knowledge on them is limited compared to engines , with that said at cold start when crunk it engages all gears for first couple minutes then refuses to engage any until you park it for a little while , not sure if last shop to service fluids over filled or not but it was over filled I will include a photo of some of the fluid I removed . Just wanted to know if rebuild or replace is recommended
* day the issue happen I was able to selective turn it off then restart over and over to get it to drive last mile home
