I am Applying for passport under NON-ECR
category

My 10th and 12th certificates are with my college, and it’s a huge pain to get them or even get a bonafide certificate because of some fee related issues

Are DigiLocker documents accepted as proof for NON-ECR during passport application/verification? Has anyone here applied using DigiLocker certificates?

I started BTech in 2021 and graduated in May 2026 instead of May 2025 due to mental health and personal issues

On my resume should I write

XYZ University
2021–2026

Or

XYZ University
Graduated 2026

How do recruiters usually see this?
Am I doomed ?
