My store recently began our new start time of 7:30a last week. We’ve all been LOVING it (I say sarcastically). I’m so tired of our hours being cut and I want Aldi to stop putting a store in every damn city. Most of the Aldi’s in my area are 10-15 minutes apart. What’s the point? They opened another 10 minutes down the road from us late last year and it cut our business in half. The new store also isn’t as busy as they thought they’d be. We’re down to two people closing which sucks and the third opener leaves at 11:30a most of the time now.

Just wanted to rant honestly. A lot of my coworkers are also frustrated. I barely get over 30 hours most weeks now. Anyone else having similar issues with hours and business being slow?
