My collection and need some advice on lenses and frames

Picture of my entire collection. You guys all know these frames, collection of Masunaga, Dita, Akoni for the most part. Some Cartier Santos, Esmont, Ahlem, JMM in there.

The first two pictures show the problem I have. Some of these frames quite literally duplicate function because the frames and lenses are so similar and I don't know what to do.

For example, the black Taka, Epiluxury 21, Akoni Telesto and Balmain Brigade are all... black navigators with mostly brown lenses. My bad, but now that I look at the collection in its entirety, I don't know what to do to make these frames serve different functions.

Same with picture 2, Silver Telesto, Silver Taka and Silver Lindstrum all with blue lenses. Not as bad, but similar enough too....

And then finally, I truly don't know what to do with the JMM Admirals (the big silver/gold with pink/violet lens) and the Esmont Kadena. I just don't like how they look, and don't know what to try to help them out, or just sell them, which is a pain in the ass to do.

I also recognize the Cartier Santos rimless, Esmont Habu 1 and the Grand Imperyn in black are in the same lane too. I prefer the latter two over the Cartier though, so not too bad.

Open to suggestions or recommendations, I've exhausted my own limited imagination, clearly having duplicated frames and lenses without realizing it until it was all in front of me.

Flash coating or just tint?

I wonder if I’m being influenced by Instagram and Youtube to do flashes.

I always keep my tints at 35% or below so that they can be used at all times and people can see my eyes when they talk to me.

Lately, I’ve been seeing a lot of cool tint and flash combos. Like the Masunaga Taka in sunset orange gradient tint with a ruby flash. It does look really really nice, but I wonder if I’m erring on the side of form over function.

For those who’ve had flashes done, do you find people can still see your eyes, or do they get distracted by the light reflecting from the flash? What about meetings on zoom or google meet?

Any display cases for 30+ glasses?

I've been browsing Amazon for hours, but can't find anything that works.

I need something that can display 30-40 glasses, all at one time, so I can see exactly what I have, instead of opening drawers or sections. I know myself, if something is in a drawer, I just won't open it and forget I have it.

I built myself a nice collection, and I want to be able to just look at a pair and grab it, no toying around with opening drawers or sections.

I found some with 18 slots, but needing two of them side by side won't work. I have the vertical space, but not the horizontal space for that setup.

Is there a way to lighten Black Ember Forge 30 or 40?

I really need the briefcase / duffel functionality of the Forge 30 or 40, but the 4 to 5 pound weight is a lot to absorb for daily use.

Is there any way to lighten these bags? Interior panel? Zippers? The fabric appears to be light so the weight has to come from the inside and the backpack harness, right?

I know it’s a bit ridiculous but I haven’t found other bags that pull this off, just looking to shave off 1-2 pounds from these bags if possible.

Need tint / gradient suggestions because I got two silver rimless frames..

I have the Dita Grand Imperyn in silver, and decided to get a sky blue gradient (second pic) which is the pretty obvious choice.

I also have the Akoni Juno-Four, in silver.. and now it's a bit of a problem. I can't figure out a different color tint for it. Getting another blue seems to be redundant choice. Violet? What other gradient tint colors go with silver? I was always scared of colors affecting vision too much, but realized later on that 35% or less gradient doesn't have much of an impact.

I always do a 35%-0% gradient on rimless, I like wearing them all the time, so nothing too dark.

On all of my dark colored frames, I put in a 15% grey-blue tint and on all my rimless I put a 30% to 0% grey-blue gradient tint.

I like the grey-blue because color accuracy is maintained and doesn't affect my vision.

I use my glasses at all times - indoors, outdoors, day and night. I don't wear sunglasses, only my glasses.

But on silver frames, it makes them look like sunglasses which I don't want.

What color tint blends well with silver frames?

Dita has several models that my local authorized dealers / opticians just don't have (hyperlux-3000, Lindstrums, etc).

I don't want them wasting their time ordering and then returning on my behalf, so would it better to order directly from Dita and if there's any fitment issues, to return them?

Would my local optician be offended (for lack of better word here) I bought from Dita and got lenses from by my optician?
