I still haven’t had my reversal but had the initial consultation at our local Urologist as one of their surgeons does these. I’m located in Athens, GA but reading here makes me wondering if I should be asking other places. It seems like everyone is traveling to different states and I can’t imagine I’m just lucky enough to have a local option.
I'm now 33 and have never been a healthy eater. I'm lazy when it comes to cooking but no longer necessarily picky as in I'm fine with eating the same thing daily. Can someone share some meal ideas that are simple and will give the proper nutrients I need to feel better and help me on the road to a healthier me?
I'd love to bare minimum eat a healthy meal a day that isn't too involved and preferably could be something I could prep ahead for the week but open to any ideas to get me away from processed BS and fast food.
