First time doing LCA bushing, changing to polyurethane. I’m not super mechanically inclined so any help would be appreciated.

I got the cam washer, and inner sleeve out. Then removed the bushing to the LCA. Are there another set of inner sleeve with the rubber that I need to remove? Or do I just toss this one, install the polyurethane ones and use this inner sleeve and cam washer that is in this picture? Any advice helps!
