Cheap place to get luggage in Toronto?

I have three pretty big knots/matts in my hair due to nutritional deficiencies and being in psychosis for a bit. I was not hospitalized or anything like that but it is what it is. I cannot get the knots out myself I need help in the form of a salon. Does anybody know if ontario works is willing to disclose funding for something of this nature? It's going to be at least 100 dollars-i suspect.

Can someone confirm if the pools in Toronto are "free" or not? I'm looking at pam mconnell right, and it says leisure swim is free but I'm not really sure how this works.

I used to live in north York, then georgina. I love to dance and sing but I am not necessarily ready to do it in front of many people or any at all. I currently reside at a homeless shelter in downright toronto, there isn't really space or even a mood around me that supports my creativity that I know of yet. If anyone is willing to share a relatively quiet spot anywhere in the city for me?
