Musa basjoo or so I was told when I bought. Last year around June I ordered this little guy but he was no more than 12 inches tall then. He got about 3 or 4 foot last year and this year he seems to just be stagnant at this height. 13x13x13 every 2 weeks. Water quite frequently like I do my elephant ears. Is this a dwarf or is that a thing and will this guy eventually take off like I see ithers around my town? Zone 7b for reference
