Going off BC for first time in 15 years.

Mid 30s, been on birth control since my early 20s to manage PMOS symptoms. Birth control worked great for me (kindly not looking for any birth control opinions or debates). But now me and my spouse are trying for a baby and so step 1 has been to go off the pill. Has anyone gone off BC after long term use and any suggestions for how to manage the transition physically and mentally? My doctor basically said see what happens for the first few months and then come see me again.

37, PMOS (formerly PCOs), going off birth control to start baby journey. Nervous!

I was diagnosed with PMOS in my early 20s and have been on birth control since then. Its helped manage my symptoms well and Ive never had issues. I felt like it gave me my life back after the nightmare that was my hormones and my periods. Me and my husband are trying for our first baby and Im nervous about what will happen to me when I go off of the pill. Anyone have a similar experience when starting their pregnancy journey over 35 and any advice? Or encouraging words?

Peeing directly on LH test strips?

Cross posting, got removed in r/pregnant: Maybe an odd question, but just starting to use LH test strips, do ppl pee directly on these or do you have to use some sort of cup?
