How to I call police on a friend in trouble in Moab when I’m out of state?

I don’t even know which precinct to call. I have their phone number and the general area where they are.

My last specialty bag was way better but I’m excited for the everything flavored goat cheese. I got the same Gruyère last time and I’ve been enjoying it so im glad. I also got like 6-8 packs of ravioli/gnocchi last time so im not thrilled to have more of that. All in all not bad.
