Interesting white sangria ideas?

I've been tasked with batching a few gallons of white sangria for my SIL's wedding. We're in our 50s, but they're not cocktail drinkers. I have a great recipe with white vermouth and lychee liqueur, but I'm afraid it might be too adventurous for everyone. Anyone have ideas for ingredients that would keep it interesting but also approachable? Thanks!

Exterior door with applied moldings

I'm building an exterior door of quarter-sawn white oak that will have applied moldings (also quarter white oak) applied similarly to the doors in this photo but with much less carving). The panels are "nested" picture frame raised panels (to prevent exposed end grain) that will be backed by a two-ply flat panel on the interior side, and the rails and stiles will be stave construction.

The part I'm looking for advice on is how to seal/fasten the molding. I'm currently leaning towards putting reglets in the backs/sides of the panel moldings and applying a thin bead of Sashco Lexel into the reglets before fastening with stainless pneumatic brads/pins, but I'm not sure if that's the best product or not.

The door will be protected by a storm door and will be finished with shellac. Anyone see any glaring concerns with the plan or the products?

Thanks!
