Help anyone experience this
Does anyone own the 15 plus Gallery Range without the pizza part? Do your knobs turn red when turned off but the burner is still hot. According to their website it's supposed to.
Mine doesn't have it and the company didn't know if it did or not but their website savs it does. Just spent over 3 hours trving to figure out of is supposed to or not with them. They said they would have to send a technician out to determine that WTH ! They have got to be joking. They can't simply plug in a model and serial number to determine if it is supposed to come with a feature listed on their website or not. I asked which models came with that feature and theycouldn't even tell me that.
