Malshash

I’m on my second read through the trilogy, on book 1 currently. I would definitely recommend.

One thing I can’t quite figure out is, when is Malshash? I assume it’s just Tal’kamar in his normal timeline (70 years prior), but is that before or after Svaelar? It seems like it’s a younger, less wise version of himself than it should be. I know he’s meant to be mysterious, plus he’s hiding from the rest of the Venerate… but he doesn’t seem like he knows as much as he should.

I hope this starts a good discussion!

After James Islington finished the Licanius Trilogy, do you think he let out a breath that he didn’t realize he was holding?

I absolutely love this trilogy. I’m listening to the audiobooks, and only have a few hours left. I just find it funny that he uses this line at least 10 times throughout the trilogy.
