New homeowner seeking knowledge. My terrace door won’t lock entirely

Hello everyone I’m trying to figure out what in the world this noise is. This is my very first 4runner I purchased it with 86k miles now has 92k. Rebuilt title. Always drove great never any weird noises or anything, never any lights on the dash . So today when I took my toddler to the hospital, as I’m going uphill I had to brake because another vehicle was coming out. When I released the brake, my car slid back a little bit on the hill, it gave me this warning on the dash that you can see in this clip, and when I floored it to go up the hill, it made that weird clicking sound you can hear and it sorta struggled a bit before it took off. I will appreciate any feedback at all. This is a 2019 sr5, 2wd. Thanks guys
