I wish the DTI team would let actual players be testers for the game instead of prioritising influencers and giving them the benefit of the doubt because it’s always and will always be influencers that get everything even if they are small.

It’s so obvious that the influencers who are the testers don’t care about constructive feedback and criticism and when they test the updates they clearly just go “yeah this is good keep it like this it’s gorgeous” and they obviously don’t think about the players and then the next minute when they play the game and watch the trailers they act like they haven’t tested the game like ok.. who wore that outfit then in the trailer because it certainly wouldn’t have been the players because the devs don’t give them the same attention as the influencers.

Like I watch Lana Rae react to the trailers for the updates and I remember she literally admitted she made an outfit in one specific update trailer and still acted surprised like she didn’t know what was coming in the update like girl.. seriously acting like she’s not a tester for the game it’s so blatant obvious and also how would she have made an outfit for the trailer and given early access?

Like the devs need to make players who have played the game for a while (approximately a year or two) or have experience in testing other games to prevent any future backlash because remember the runway chaos update like the influencers are part of that drama as they clearly didn’t give any thought of criticising anything and your telling me they approved that are you actually joking they are so FAKE and STUPID.

This is no shade to the summer update because it’s absolutely fantastic (best summer update for the game in my opinion) I was just going through past dti updates and seeing other people play them until I came across the bad updates that players did not like mainly the weekly updates in the summer last year.

But what would you do if you were a tester for the game would you actually give constructive feedback and criticism? unlike influencers, would you give any new ideas for the game? and would you give any advice on certain features?

These limited time events are far to short like how are you expected to get the final characters who require like 20 legendary and epic items which are super rare to get nowadays in like 5 days like make the event last about a month and let us have about two weeks to actually properly try and gather the items.

Like 13 legendary hat items for lotso in 5 days? These events are an absolute joke it’s almost like they don’t want you to get these characters and instead spend money on them and things are so expensive now it’s a joke.
Please tell me im not alone on this one.

What are your favourite code items in the game this can be from influencer codes, limited codes, still active codes and even collab event codes.

Some of my favourites that I use are:
Pixii’s dress especially the chain toggle
Ella’s skirt
Old Roblox faces
Elphaba’s sleeves
Choopie’s outfit (mainly the leggings)
Cupid’s cloud
Nichola’s Jacket
Callmehaley’s bear overalls dress

Least favourites:
Kreek’s hat (I mean do I have any words..)
Vanillamace’s headpiece
Petal Dress (why do people still want it?)
Lana Rae’s outfit
IBella’s hair

I feel like loads of DTI content creators and players are only interested and obsessed with new codes because every single time I go on TikTok or wherever I always see content creators like @itscrunch always do the same video saying “here’s what we can expect in this update” and it’s always the same stuff with the same ending always being “we can expect new codes” when it’s something that is not even confirmed yet and he just lies to his audience example the collabs when he was speaking about the upcoming Katseye collab he said in that video that in the Brat collab and Gaga collab we got new codes but like no we didn’t and this is coming from me who’s been playing the game since Spring 2024 so he clearly needs to do a bit of research..
Especially when he says it in a new video telling people that there’s a new small update coming and the developers confirm there’s no codes coming he still acts like their is to build up high hopes and then all I see in the comments are people asking what the new codes are and if there’s gonna be any and I feel bad for them because content creators and some players just trick the community into them and it makes them feel misled and click baited.

People need to realise that every update isn’t about new codes and it’s about exploring the new update, clothing, hair, makeup, sets, accessories and new features, as much as it is stressful about limited codes that are only in the game for a certain amount of hours or days it doesn’t matter about the codes all the time unless it’s something that you feel is worth it.

Content creators like @itscrunch and other people who do certain content to him and others need to actually check these bits of information before actually speaking about stuff that isn’t actually true because it’s just a way of pulling in new followers and making them feel tricked and excited, like as much as I have every working and limited code in the game it’s not something just to go on the game for and then automatically leave like at least play the actual update instead of making the whole game revolve around new codes.

I haven’t seen any sneak peaks of the summer update and I’m getting a bit concerned because normally we get sneak peaks by now but we haven’t seem to have got anything at the moment.

I’m not writing this to sound rude or greedy I’m just desperate to find out what we are getting this summer other than a Zara Larsson collab.

If anybody has seen any sneak peaks please let me know and send a link.

Does anybody know if the series 3 mystery dolls will be in the UK because when they said last year it would all be worldwide in the UK we haven’t had any of the new stuff since January and I had to order the Halloween dolls on epic drops which cost £26.
If anybody knows any information please let me know ASAP!!

I’m honestly getting fed up of the same stuff just a different style of it.

I honestly just knew that when the Katseye trailer for the collab dropped loads of people were gonna complain about the clothes and honestly I don’t blame them at all it’s all so boring.

Even people saying they just want the collab to end.. good news for them because I believe it ends next weekend.

I didn’t like the quest especially the members voice lines they were so cringy and just gave me the icks.
It did not feel completed in my opinion.

I never hyped up the Katseye collab I don’t like their music never have and never will.
When people were hyping it up I just knew straight away that everyone was gonna hype it up so much it’s gonna flop and people were gonna be disappointed and now look where we are..
Loads of people don’t like it especially their styles it’s literally just everything we have in the game.
