Completed a task, which involved me having to spend money. And my account went under review. All my game progress is now gone and i cant cash out? Help

Took about a week but finally got a response to my messages, if you haven’t done this I recommend you do it too! Covered my message as it has my personal info but I just explained how I completed numerous surveys and didn’t get paid at the end. Got paid all this and 2.39 from another survey too!
