TracFone web and app login issues

I've been having an issue for 8 days. Latest info I got from TracFone this morning is:

>It seems the trouble ticket is still on pending since we are having account issues and everyone is affected by it. [Estimated resolution date is] 08/18/2026. > >Try to contact us back on 08/18/2026 if the issue still not resolved > >Since this is a major issue in our end right now due to Verizon changes and updates with Tracfone.

I'm helping my legally blind, elderly friend obtain her REAL ID so she can fly to NM to be nearer her family. She is suffering from memory and cognitive issues and is unable to manage the REAL ID process on her own. I live OR, hundreds of miles away, but will be flying down to facilitate her transportation and in-person REAL ID appointment at a local DMV field office.

She's in 24x7 care at a facility so her room and board are covered by Medicare/Medi-Cal insurance. Any transportation needed for doctor appointments are also covered by the same insurance. She doesn't get utility or medical bills.

Her bank account is managed by a relative in NM who has POA, meaning bank statements have a NM address.

We did get a voter registration confirmation letter to satisfy one of two documents for proof of CA residency.

We thought her Senior citizen ID card, issued by CA DMV, would work ("A document issued by a government agency (local, state, or federal) — Including letters from DMV") as it has her skilled nursing facility address on it and had been mailed to her, but after talking with DMV that is not acceptable as proof of residency.

Does anyone have any ideas, or better yet a CA DMV-accepted solution that has worked for them, where traditional proof of residency is limited due to living in a skilled nursing facility?
