How do you line up your sample spots before recording into the KO!? I kept losing mine so I hacked something

Sampling into my PO-33 from YouTube/SoundCloud always turns into a mess for me: 20 tabs open, timestamps scribbled in a notes app, and I forget which bits I already grabbed. With only ~40s of memory I really want my spots ready before I hit record.

So I made a little web thing for myself: mark in/out on a clip, loop it to check the chop, then a "session mode" plays my marked spots one by one with a countdown so I can just sit with the KO! and record each one without touching the phone.

It doesn't rip or download anything, just remembers timestamps and plays the embed. I record into the KO! the normal way.

Mostly curious how you all handle this step. Am I overcomplicating it, or does anyone else lose their spots like me? Can drop the link if that's cool here.

I built a free tool to mark + loop sample spots from YouTube/SoundCloud, then play them back hands-free so you can record straight into your SP-404 / PO-33 / MPC. Would you use this?

When I'm digging on YouTube or SoundCloud, I always lose the good spots: 20 open tabs, timestamps in a notes app, and I forget which ones I already sampled.

So I built a small web app for my own workflow and wanted to see if it's useful to anyone else (GIF attached):

- paste a YouTube/SoundCloud link, mark in/out points on the timeline, loop them to audition the chop
- name them and organize sources into "crates"
- a session mode plays your marked spots back one by one with a countdown, so you can record them into your hardware (PO-33, SP-404, MPC...) hands-free

It doesn't download or rip anything. It just remembers your spots and plays the embed; you capture into your sampler like you already do (line-in / resampling, or your phone's screen recorder for personal use). It's free, no account, runs in the browser (works offline too).

I'm not selling anything, just want to know if this solves a real problem or if I'm the only one who works like this:

- What's your current digging workflow? (tabs? notes? straight into the sampler?)
- Would something like this actually save you time, or is it overkill?
- What would make it a keeper vs. just opening YouTube?
