Recieved this model gun this morning with the entire bolt missing.

When I first packed the item for shipping, I was told the dummy cartridges that came with the box had to be thrown away due to shipping restrictions. I obliged and payed the 300 yen disposal fee for them to do so. Recieved the actual package today only to find that they appeared to have disposed of the bolt as well without notifying me. For whatever reason the other non-firing model gun in the parcel arrived in one piece so I have no idea why they remove the part. Genuinely frustrated right now, I can't display this with half the gun missing. Is there anyway to seek support or claim monetary compensation other than using their message system?

(P.s. this was shipped to Hong Kong)

The Japanese Siege of San Diego

So I was reading up the HomeFront magazine issue 4 for prop design inspirations and I came across this chart with all the fictional medal ribbons mades for the TV series. Alongside campaigns mentioned in the show like the Capture of Hawaii it turns out a battle also took place in San Diego. This could imply either the Japanese actually launched a ground invasion into US mainland before the nukes fell, or is some sort of armed insurrection by remnants of the US military during the initial years of the occupation like the Warsaw Uprising. Can anyone find more information from the show or its surrounding media?
