I purchased XOM stock back in 2020 through Ally. Today I checked my account and XOM is no longer in my stock listing but the same number of shares of Eni.Spa is. Eni.Spa is almost $100 cheaper per share so my account balance has dropped. There is no listed activity of me selling XOM or buying Eni.Spa and my cash balance has remain unchanged. There is a dividend for XOM from a month ago. I contacted Ally about this and am waiting to hear back but am curious if anyone has had this occur to them before and what the outcome was.
