Nothing is set in stone yet but I found a straight day 7-330p process operator job. I have the in person interview this week for this role. As of right now I’m a production supervisor at an old shitty chemical plant. I took this job because it was a better shift than what I was working. Nothing but stress comes from this job while working the 2-2-3 12 hour swing shift. Dealing with people on both sides and not to mention there is a possibility I’ll be on my 4th boss in 2 years.

Looks like if I get this other role it’ll be like a 20% pay cut on paper. Longer commute which I don’t mind at all. But straight days 7-330p with possible OT which isn’t factored in with the pay cut.

I’m stuck I need a new program. I’ve ran everything Upper/Lower, 5/3/1, GZCL, PPL, SBS, you name it I’ve done it. I’m stuck tho… can I get some suggestions?
