Invalid S13, but worried about searchability of Tribunal proceedings

I was issued with an invalid Section 13 notice that I was planning to send to tribunal. In looking up the process and how tribunals have gone for others in my city, I have found the full proceedings of another case - including the current address of the tenant in that case. I am concerned that if I file my case with a tribunal, my address will also be fully googleable. I am concerned about this both in terms of my personal safety, and it negatively impacting my ability to rent in the future. I have also heard conflicting things about if I am supposed to inform the letting agency about the invalidity of the notice.

Do I contact the agency to tell them there are issues with the notice (and do I let them know what those issues are) prior to potentially submitting it? Is there a way to request the proceedings not be publicly available? Does anyone have any other advice about refuting an invalid Section 13 notice?

UK/EU Merch Store?

Was looking at buying the CD re-release of No Burden, but shipping to the UK from the main (I assume US) merch store is twice the price of the CD :( Does Lucy also have a UK or EU merch store? I know Julien had a US and an EU storefront at some point, so I thought she might but it's not clearly linked on the store linked to in her newsletter. Thanks!

Sims unable to pay bills in custom apartments

Downloaded this apartment building from mts2 a while ago and have two households living there. Neither household is able to pay the bills - when I click to pay all bills, the sim walks up to the postbox, has the angry "there's something in my way" animation, and then the action is cancelled. I have tried force error with boolprop (on both the sim and the postbox), and using boolprop to convert the building to residential and back again, but neither option has worked. Has anyone had this before (same or different apartment building) or has any suggestions of things to try?

Cuenca for Solar Eclipse next week

We're going to Cuenca for the day for the eclipse next week, and I wanted an idea of how busy it is expected to be and potentially some help with logistics because the Spanish-speaking member of our party might have to drop out.

Getting in on a train around lunchtime and hoping to do some tourist stuff before we go to one of the eclipse locations at Cerro de Soccoro. What sort of time do you think we would need to arrive to get a good spot? After the eclipse, we have a train booked at 20 past 10. Would there be enough people for this to cause issues with the buses to the station? Do buses in Cuenca take card, or is it cash only? Is a cab a safer bet? Any advice would be appriciated!

Muitas Gracias!

Questions about Delay repay and split ticketing

I'm looking for some clarification on what to reclaim on delay repay when using split tickets. What do I do in the following situations:

  1. Situation 1: I am on a train A > D. I have a ticket A > B, and a ticket B > D. The train becomes delayed at C (i.e. between B and D). Do I claim for my whole journey, or can I only claim for my leg B > D?

  2. Situation 2: I am on a train A > D, I have a ticket A > C, and a ticket C > D. The becomes delayed at B (i.e. between A and C, before my ticket splits). Am I correct in claiming for the whole journey (both tickets)?

  3. Situation 3: I am travelling A > D, this involves one train A > C and a second C > D. The train becomes delayed at B (i.e. between A and C, during my first leg). This causes me to miss my train C > D. Am I correct to claim the whole journey? If it just led to a tight connection, but I still made the second journey, would I still be able to claim the ticket A > C?

Thanks!

Split ticket confusion

Looking at split tickets for a journey through London, and trainsplit has given me this as the most sensible option:

I've checked the planned engineering works timetable on the tfl website and there's no planned closure of the Elizabeth line on the date of this journey. The ticket does not split at Farringdon. Is there any reason why I couldn't get the Elizabeth line all the way through with this ticket?
