[40 hours a week] We are looking for a detail-oriented Female Social Media Manager to oversee daily content publishing and growth across a portfolio of creator accounts. All content is pre-edited and organized for you in Google Drive.

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

• Daily content scheduling and publishing across 50–60 accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Market and optimize accounts to drive targeted traffic and gain subscribers for the primary adult/creator pages.
• Download pictures and reels from organized Google Drive folders and organize their posting schedule.
• Work 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT weekly. Log 40 hours on Hubstaff

Requirements

• Preferably female and social media savvy
• Fluent English
• Proven experience in social media management
• High-spec computer/laptop, high-speed primary internet, and reliable backup power/internet supply.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing heavy workflows without micromanagement.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Rate: $550 USD / month (First 30 days)
• Performance Rate: $750 USD / month (After 30 days based on speed and consistency)
• Payment Method: Monthly payout via Wise
• Health Coverage: Free HMO health insurance coverage after 60 days of employment.

Trial & Evaluation Process

• 48-Hour Trial Period: Shortlisted candidates must undergo a compulsory 48-hour trial period to assess speed, accuracy, technical setup, and overall alignment with our workflow before full onboarding.
