27M | Two-time Cancer Survivor | New to Bangalore

Hey, I recently moved to Bangalore and thought I’d try my luck here.

I’m 27, 166 cms tall, originally from South India, and work in the corporate. I’d describe myself as empathetic, thoughtful, emotionally aware, and someone who genuinely enjoys getting to know people.

A little more about me: I’m a two-time cancer survivor and have a mild locomotor disability that leaves me with a slight limp. It doesn’t affect my independence or stop me from doing the things I enjoy, but I’d rather be upfront about it from the beginning.

I’m not posting here with a fixed agenda or a checklist. I’d simply like to meet someone interesting, have a conversation, maybe meet up if we get along, and see where things go naturally.

I understand that attraction is an important part of dating, so I’m happy to exchange pictures early on if we’d both be more comfortable with that. Age isn’t a major factor for me!

One reason I’m posting here instead of approaching people in person is that putting yourself out there can be intimidating, and perhaps a little more so when you’re visibly different. Reddit feels like a good place to start a conversation without the pressure. If any of this resonates with you, feel free to send me a message.

My second try as my last post got taken down :p

TL;DR: 27M, recently moved to Bangalore, two-time cancer survivor with a mild locomotor disability, looking to meet someone interesting, exchange pictures if we’re both comfortable, grab a coffee or hang out, and see where things go naturally.

ADHD folks of Bangalore, please help me out!

Not sure if I have ADHD, so I’m not trying to self-diagnose. But I’ve been relating to way too many symptoms like executive dysfunction, procrastination, inability to focus, task paralysis, constantly feeling overwhelmed, and being inconsistent at work despite really wanting to do well.

I’ve struggled with depression in the past too, so I want a proper evaluation from someone who actually understands adult ADHD and can tell me if it’s ADHD or something else.

I recently moved to Bangalore and have just started a new job. I really don’t want to repeat the same pattern I’ve had in my previous jobs, so I want to get evaluated sooner rather than later.

Any recommendations for clinicians who are good with adult ADHD? Personal experiences would be a huge help. Thanks!
