incline bench press

barbel back row

machine shoulder press

lat pull down

cable chest fly (upper, mid, lower)

tricep rope push down

preacher curls

for Lower

Barbell squats

Machine leg press

Roman chair leg raises

Leg extension

Decline bench sit-ups

Adductor Macine

plus, after each session, i do incline walking for 1 hour

20 incline max

3.5-4 speed
