I have to shift to Hyderabad in the upcoming month and thought of shifting directly into a flat so I started my hunt. What I didn't understand is why are the brokers charging ₹500 for every property they show and the tenant doesn't confirm it. What's the logic behind this?
Why is PG hunting so damn draining in Hyderabad? The co-lives are too expensive even for double sharing and other PGs have cramped rooms. I've been trying for a month now and still have no luck. I want to begin with oil pastels and acrylic markers but I am not able to choose which brand to buy or shall I start with oil pastels or soft oil pastels? Which budget-friendly oil pastels available in India have the best blending, layering, and pigmentation? I'd rather buy something affordable and that performs well than outgrow it in a few weeks and give up because it was too difficult to use.
