“Disconnected account please place new order”
So due to personal health circumstances, I had been out from work recovering from surgery for a while.
Internet bill was on the bottom of my priority list of bills, so I let it disconnect for a month or so. Bill is fully paid now, but it keeps saying I have to place a new order and choose my plan all over again.
I already have all the Ziply equipment set up still and wired through my walls, why tf can’t I just call and have it reactivated??
Not to mention, that when I first moved to my new address, I signed on with Ziply and chose Fiber Gig. it was supposed to be $50. NEVER in my entire time having them has my bill ever been $50. It was always minimum $80, which quickly changed to $90. Then $110. To a point where I was paying $137-$140 a month for JUST Internet. I’m currently pissed off, still without internet and refusing to “place a new order” because the price gouging is ridiculous. I love the speeds for the amount of gaming we do in my house, but good gracious. WHY do I need to set up a new appointment when I already have their equipment and why TF has my bill never been what they promised me?? They have me over here giving up internet entirely based solely on principle. Wtf.
