My ER:One finally arrived yesterday from Panda Podium after a few weeks and unfortunately have noticed this scratch on the fork steerer upon delivery.

Contacted PandaPodium regarding a replacement as everything else looks great. I was already paranoid after the recent reports of their BB cracking, as well as the state of the box it arrived in.

Apparently Quick have replied saying that this damage was done by me unpacking the frame. Which sounds a bit impossible unless I had Edward scissor hands.

They've offered me $100 off which I've challenged as feels a bit unacceptable to use this fork the way it's arrived.

Also not sure why the carbon looks different that side compared to the other nor the dark mark underneath the scratch?

Guys at Panda have pushed back on Quick regarding a replacement fork so fingers crossed it's gets resolved soon and don't have to wait another 3weeks.
