ZIPP 303FC vs 404 FC
I have a Domane SL6 Gen4 (2025) and I am searching for a second wheelset.
Currently I have the stock wheels it came with: Bontrager Paradigm Comp 25. I plan to use these wheels as my gravel/bikepack wheels with 38mm tires.
For my new wheelset I am thinking about ZIPP wheels. Why ZIPP? Tbf next to the fact that I want some quality wheels, I think the Firecrest wheels look amazing.
Now I am in between the 303 FC and 404. The 404 are much deeper and probably look nicer but I have yet to see them on an endurance bike and they might be a bit overkill for a Domane?
Anyone here with one of those wheels on a Domane?
I will use 32mm tires on them. Ride mostly on flat terrain. Sometimes light gravel paths, cobblestone roads and an occasional cobbled climb.
I weigh around 90kg. I checked the Pressure calculator for the hookless rims and measuring around 4bar so don't see an issue there.
