life has been so stressful and i feel like i'm tripping out and in my head all the time

hey all! this is my 5 month old grown from seed it gets a lot of direct sunlight.
there is a little bit of organic soil under these rocks but just a pinch to have gotten her started.
i am looking for advice on how to get her to look healthier. thank you.
