Worried I won’t find anything come July 1st, any recommendations on where the most listings get posted or the best way to find a place up here?

Hello all, moving to the Richmond area July 1st and I could use some other alternative people to be friends with or just people willing to give me advice on which apt complex’s to avoid and where to get the best coffee, stuff of that nature.
