I'm trying to find a camera that can take a picture of my eye, where the quality of the picture is good enough to see the blood vessels on the sclera? I'm not asking for perfect quality because that's too expensive, but I want something good enough that I can clearly see the eye and the blood vessels without it being very blurry.

If you guys do know a camera that can do that, please tell it to me! If possible, it would be much preferred if the camera is available in my country (Philippines)

(PS: The camera does not need to be a full blown camera, a small camera or webcam is good enough, as long as it can do what I intended it to do.)
