Are there any pack options other than Osprey that have the lower back netting? My Durston is totally soaked at the end of the day, and in heat I’m wondering how much that is holding me back. I’m reticent about Osprey because balance was not as good as Durston when I tried it, and complaints about squeaking and plastic nibs in the shoulder blades have me concerned….. thanks!

I’ve been hiking in Tucson and just learned what the bright red rash on my calves is - “hikers rash”. Any suggestions how to deal with this on extended trips?
