An order I sold was lost in transit by UPS; I quickly refunded the buyer and went on to resolve the issue with UPS themselves. They assessed everything and paid out the order amount to Grailed, & told me to contact Grailed to receive my money with a case number. I’ve reached out multiple times, their only response was a ridiculous request for a drop off receipt, & then nothing.

Then another order- delivered with no issues, buyer left me 5 stars. Still haven’t gotten my PayPal payout. Also contacted about this in the same email, & no response.

It’s been almost a month for both. I’ve been selling for years and have never had this happen. Has anyone else? How much longer can i expect to wait?
