I got 9k rank in eapcet with ews reservation .... I am really confused abt what college to go .... any suggestions ?

I got 9k rank in eapcet and with my ews the only decent colleges I am getting are snist , mvsr and bvrit ..... But I feel snist is the best when compared to the other two cause the packages are better in snist but everyone's talking shit abt the crowd and the strictness ..... Is joining it for the package despite the crowd the strictness worth it?? And also is the uniform compulsory for everyday?? Can anyone give a detailed review abt snist(not snu)??
