Hello, I’m looking to move into a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment and need a roommate. The total rent is $2,675 a month. Security deposit is 1 month’s rent. 1 gated parking space in the back (we will have to discuss how to go about this). Utilities are power and gas. Water, trash, pest are covered by Landlord.
Property is on Westwood Blvd right off of Venice. Great area 5 minute drive to downtown Culver.
Looking to move into June 1. Lmk if interested!
