Line account suspension

Hi so I live in Europe and I made a Line account through Apple ID like a year ago, however I kept getting some errors and basically couldn’t use it at all so I made a new account recently with Google and it was perfectly fine, I added my host family and sent them a short message where there was nothing inappropriate. When I woke up the next day I saw my account got temporarily suspended and I can’t send any messages. I reached out to the "customer support" but they basically didin’t tell me anything besides to try sending a message again after 3 days. I couldn’t even explain the situation as they only have a no reply email🤡 I tried again today as 3 days have passed but I’m still suspended
The problem is - I’m going to Japan in a few days and Line is the only way of communicating with my host family and homestay agency other than email.
Is there anything I can even do? I’ve heard those suspensions can last from 24 hours to months…
