Can we apply to H1B or spousal green card despite having a pending J1 waiver application?

1. Is there a difference between daily use of TOPICAL (like clindamycin) versus ingested (prescribed pills like doxycycline)?

2. Is it better to use a higher percentage of benzoyl peroxide to avoid antibacterial resistance?

3. How often would you use all of the above?

This is an amalgamation of my past questions...just want to be sure I'm avoiding antibacterial resistance after using all these solutions. Thanks in advance for sharing! :)
