So this one seems to have flown under the radar. It's been a long time coming, and it seems that they opened back in April. It also seems that they are alternating weekends for being open (open last weekend, closed this weekend, even though it doesn't say they're closed). Their website is not current and their social media isn't very clear on their hours or plans - I'm looking at Untappd check-ins and past FB posts to piece this together. Just figured I'd let people know.
