Need advice to stay close to Pier 69 for early ferry departure. (2 68 year olds)

We have stayed in Seattle a number of times but this trip is a 1 night stay and we need to be near (enough) to Pier 69 to be boarding the Clipper Seattle to Victoria and be walking on board no later than 7:30am. We are both 68 and will have our carry-on sized wheelie suitcases, a backpack (personal but not tiny) each and a medical bag (cpap). The Edgewater, (which we are NOT staying at due to the cost) whilst close and beautiful, seems a wild overspend because we are flying into Seattle from NYC that morning, spending the afternoon and dinner with some family and then plunking down for a beer and a good night's sleep before getting up (for us) early. What's needed: good CLEAN firm bed and not over a live-music club (the croccodile). Suggestions? The Homewood suites would mean a .6 mile morning walk (presuming we can get breakfast on the ferry). Is there a better suggestion? TIA

1 night 'over the bridge' and I'm caught between these two: Osteria Il Cantuccio di Roma and Latteria Mamma Iabica.

2nd night on the island and it's between these two: Oz Ortigia and Ristorante Sicilia in Tavola.

I'd appreciate any thoughts on choosing within these two groups.

We will have been in Sicily (Palermo, Agrigento, Ragusa) for about 8-9 days at that point. I am an excellent home cook - we like elevated bistro - a nice tablecloth dinner is good as is a homey bistro dinner but not foam on our plates.

Thanks for the opinions.
