Do you wear a size small, medium or large in tops? Which one is most flattering or gives you less problems?

Just got one today. I have some comments. First of all, laying flat on the pillow just for my boobs to have spilled from the sides kinda uncomfortable. Then towards the middle of my session, my nipples started to hurt. I don’t know if I was sensitive to the fabric but very uncomfortable. Also, flipping over is such a struggle and also uncomfortable I feel exposed. (they did cover me but still) Any of you feel the same? Are there ways to make it more comfortable?

I love to wear certain tops that happen to show my cleavage but I just hate to dress like that because of the stares. It’s like they are undressing you with their eyes. It’s very invasive and weird asf. I can make them look less noticeable by covering up and I do feel more safe. Do you guys dress conservatively or you just don’t care ?
